A workshop designed to provide the tools necessary to feel strong, confident, and in control, this Pelvic Floor workshop will include both education and exercises taught by Nikki Tonder, DPT. The series will begin with information to better understand the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and transition into a movement practice, each week will build on previous sessions.
